SOLO in Gorichem

This is the - michelin star- restaurant of Mohammed El Harouchi. His cook book is one of the Culinerds Favorites! On several occassions we have cooked from this book and created some amazing dishes. It was always a dream to try these dishes in the restaurant made by the chef himself.
Last November Mohammed was in a very serious accident. Until today he is not able to cook in his restaurant. We have heard that he is recovering slow but steady. Meanwhile the restaurant is still open. We wanted to support him and his restaurant so we decided to go there.

We had a perfect evening with absolutely, delicious and beautiful courses! An interesting detail was that apart from wines to go with the courses, you could also get a juice menu to go with the dishes. They would serve juices like ‘green-apple-elderflower’ or ‘pear-thime-honey’ - very very tasteful!

When the chef returns we will surely come again!
